Arman is a second year graduate student at the System Design and Management program at MIT. Arman’s research work focuses on exploring how virtual models can be seamlessly integrated into physical environments using augmented and extended reality technology systems. Before joining MIT, Arman worked in engineering and leadership roles in upstream oil and gas projects covering functions in petroleum engineering, reservoir management, and production optimization. His contributions led to successful implementation of model-based production optimization tools, advanced process control, and system network visualization that helped operations teams maximize production throughput.
