Ellen Flaherty leads the Learning and strategy team for Unity Technologies - the world's leading platform for real-time content creation. In this role she, and her team, create and scale technology-based learning experiences empowering creators to bring their visions to life. Previously she ran ELF Learning, a consultancy firm, helping clients define learning frameworks and standards, develop content and curriculum, and engineer learning ecosystems.
